Along with the name change, we are recruiting a new team of professionals who will be delivering the Group’s next generation of telecom services and changing the way we service our clients.

During 2008 we will be introducing the following strategies:

• UCC – our Unique Customer Communication hotline, which will guarantee 24-hour access with a 60-minute response time.

• iStatz – delivering live statistics, providing clients with the real time tools for enhanced management of their telecoms solutions.
• iSwitch – hosted and managed IP telecom platform.
• iConnex – hardware PBX to work as a stand alone system or integrated with iSwitch giving maximum flexibility.

• Payment Policy – the Group is committed to an efficient payment schedule.

• Client Product Development - our development team are able to provide bespoke solutions in accordance with clients’ needs and requirements. New clients include the Department of Health/NHS and Beeon.tv.
