Welburn & Co are a relatively niche commercial law practice, established in 1996 to service the needs of e-commerce, who are able to provide a very personal / quasi in-house legal service, for interactive media businesses without their own existing in-house legal department.

Whatever the need, we are able either to deal with the matter ourselves or to work with others in providing an appropriate solution. We have extensive experience in the premium and non-premium rate sectors and across many different platforms including the internet, mobile and broadcast sectors.

For most matters, you will have the service of one single lawyer able to advise on a number of subjects common to most businesses including contracts, regulatory issues, real estate, employment and litigation/mediation. You will therefore not get passed “from pillar to post”. We fervently believe in freedom of speech and expression and in supporting businesses to grow.
