Participation TV Forum - Chat & Psychic

This forum was formed in 2008 to formulate the AIME response to the Ofcom Participation TV Consultation. The forum has since developed and published a Best Practice Guide for the provision of Live Psychic Services in the UK and is currently producing agreed best practice for Adult Participation TV in the UK. AIME and its members also works closely with Ofcom to foster greater self-regulation of the Participation TV sector.

• Responses to Industry Consultations: Ofcom Participation TV (Part 1, 2 & 3), ASA BCAP code review
• Successfully lobbied Ofcom to reconsider ASA advertising restrictions which threatened to close popular Psychic Entertainment Services
• Best Practice Guide for the provision of Live Psychic Services in the UK - Sept 2010
